Refund policy

We want you to love every Daevana experience. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.


30-Day Return Window (Limited to Eligible Items Only)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Unopened, unused items

  • Items in original condition and packaging

  • Incorrect or damaged items

Items returned without approval will not be accepted.


🚫 Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items (For Hygiene & Safety)

For health, hygiene, and product safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

❌ Supplements & ingestible products (Supliful)

(no exceptions unless damaged or incorrect)

❌ Personal care items that touch skin directly

(including masks, rollers, gua sha tools, facial devices, IPL devices, beauty tools)

❌ Menstrual products & underwear

(period panties, menstrual cups — never returnable)

❌ Bath salts, bath bombs, skincare, and cosmetics

(cannot be returned if opened)

❌ Intimate / wearable products

(sleep masks, wearable items)

❌ Customized or personalized items

❌ Clearance or final sale items

These rules match health guidelines and supplier requirements (Zendrop, Supliful, Selfnamed, Teemdrop).


📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • a damaged product

  • the wrong item

  • a defective item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will replace or refund according to supplier policy.


💸 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.


🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are treated as a new order.
Return the original (if eligible), then place a new order.


🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are in the European Union, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened and unused, due to hygiene regulations.


💳 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If 15 business days have passed, contact us.
